PEAK PERFORMANCE FOR MANAGERS

What is Peak Performance?

Performance depends on both our natural abilities and the clarity, stability, and focus of our minds. Athletes, artists, students, and managers all share the common goal of achieving their best performance. The key is maintaining that performance.

Peak performance is the ability to prevent our minds from being preoccupied with other tasks and to focus all our attention on the work we are doing.

What Does Peak Performance Aim For?

To manage stress.

To reduce anxiety and enable sound decision-making.

To increase attention and concentration.

To improve focus and goal setting.

To strengthen memory.

To improve planning and organizational skills.

To enable the healthy and appropriate use of decision-making mechanisms.

To enable patient intervention in situations without impulsive outbursts.

Thus, to increase the performance of the brain and ensure it is used in the most efficient way.

Performance Enhancement in the Business World

Fortune 500 companies established the Peak Performance Center in 2004 as part of their Leadership Development Program. This center was established based on the model of the "Enhanced Performance Center," founded in 1989 by Louis Csoka at the West Point Military Academy, the largest performance development center in the United States. Louis Csoka is also the founder of the Fortune 500 Company Peak Performance Center. Twenty-three senior executives (including the CEO and board members) from the international company underwent 20 sessions of EEG training designed to improve attention and concentration, preceded by training in breathing, EMG, and skin conductivity. Pre- and post-training values were compared.

The response to the program was overwhelmingly positive. Significant and noticeable improvements were observed in their ability to attend critical and important meetings, conduct performance review meetings with employees, and deliver outstanding presentations. These same senior executives returned to the center for additional sessions, bringing with them 39 more senior executives. They later wrote an article for Harvard Business Review.

According to post-brain training assessments, measurable changes were observed in the participants' behaviors and performance. An increase of nearly 70% in focused concentration was observed.

Commercial activity results were also monitored to observe improvements, and the data confirmed the increase in participants' performance.
