SHOOTING

Rostami et al. (2012) applied Sport Performance-Neurofeedback in combination with beta and alpha rhythms. The mean post-training rifle shooting results showed significantly improved shooting performance compared to the control group. Similarly, Gong et al. (2020)

compared the effects of sensorimotor rhythm (SMR) in rifle shooting with Alpha Sport Performance-Neurofeedback. The mean SMR showed significantly improved shooting results for amateur shooters participating in Sport Performance-Neurofeedback, while results decreased with Alpha Sport Performance-Neurofeedback.

Timothy Harkness - Sports Psychologist

“I used the Infiniti System to prepare Abhinav Bindra for the air rifle competition in Beijing. This was India's first Olympic gold medal. Shooting is different from other sports because the athlete doesn't move. Air rifle shooting is the most demanding and laborious of all shooting sports. I chose FlexComp because it allowed me to seamlessly switch between different training methods. He also mentioned using BioGraph software because it provides accurate measurements and biofeedback.”
